Home » Bike needs a home!!

Hey! I have a bike that I love and took great care of that needs a new place to live!

It’s a 1995 Schwinn Range hybrid (made right before Schwinn started making crummy bikes). It is extremely solid, rides perfectly, and I made many upgrades to it.

I’m rehoming it because I ride a lot of hills and I don’t feel super confident riding them with rim brakes since I’m still a pretty new rider.

Name your price! I just want to see it go to a good home!

Frame is step-through, 17″, suitable for 5’5″-5’9″. 700c tires. Cro-moly. Twist-style shifting, Shimano Acera X drivetrain (discontinued line). 3 x 8 gearing. Very comfortable, relaxed ride. Was tuned up a few months ago.

LIST OF STUFF I UPGRADED:
Ergon GP3 handlebar grips
Adjustable alloy handlebar stem
Fenders (with stickers on them)
Brakes (not just the brake pads–I replaced the brakes themselves)
Schwalbe Marathon GT tires
Cassette (rear gears)
Alloy seatpost
Saddle (may switch this out, but either way, it will be a good one)
Crankarms/alloy flat pedals

COMES WITH:
Bell
Attachment to put a 2nd bottle cage if you want
Rear rack
A bottle cage
Rear-view mirrors attached to handlebars

It is 100% ready to ride.
